Recoverflow

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Recoverflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Recoverflow is a payment recovery tool that monitors Stripe for failed invoice payments, sends SMS messages to customers with secure payment links, and provides a dashboard to track recovery outcomes.

3. Account access

Access to Recoverflow is restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Send SMS messages to customers who have not consented to be contacted.
Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the service or its data.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.

5. Third-party services

Recoverflow depends on Stripe, Twilio, and Supabase. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each provider. We are not liable for disruptions or changes caused by those services.

6. No warranty

Recoverflow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that every failed payment will be recovered, and we are not liable for revenue lost due to payment failures or delivery issues.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recoverflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legal obligations require otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
